Join series editor and facilitator, M.J. Rymsza-Pawlowska as we bring the 5-year “Considering the Revolution” conversation series from scholarship to application. Ista Clarke, Kristen Hayashi, and Nicole Moore, speakers from the 2023 and 2024 roundtables, will reflect on years of preparation for commemorations of the 250^th anniversary of the American Revolution and its lasting legacies, and will look forward to the future and the roles of public history in the present moment. The aim of the conversation is to think about context and models for approaching and reflecting upon present and future work. This is not a panel about content, instead: practice, and publics. Together, we will consider and explore how Americans are engaging the past right now.
