NCPH Student Travel Award Submission

Fill out the form with the information of the student you are nominating. We require a CV or resume for the nominee, as well as some supplemental information, listed at https://ncph.org/about/awards/student-awards/.

For the Student Travel Award in 2026: with the joint NCPH-AASLH meeting being in September 2026, conference proposal acceptances may not be made or announced before the February 1, 2026 deadline. For this year, students may submit an application if they have submitted a proposal for consideration, and a recipient will be selected amongst the proposals that are accepted.

Please note: self-nominations are welcome.

Your completed form will be sent to the NCPH office and each of the Student Travel Award Committee members.

Complete submissions must be received (not postmarked) no later than February 1, 2026.
